Project Management (40%)

Planning, implementation, and monitoring of ‘Toward Greater Effectiveness and timeliness in Humanitarian Emergency Response’ project activities.
Provide active support ongoing partner’s self-assessment process and rolling out of Capacity Strengthening plans.
Facilitate the development of a humanitarian capacity and competency framework in CDF
Organize annual self-assessments against the humanitarian capacity framework
Support and strengthen (CDF) capacity and competency on emergency response and its understanding of the humanitarian system?
Implement the monitoring and evaluation system and share the findings within the team of CDF  and other outsider stakeholders
Prepare periodic reports and submit to relevant stakeholders.
Work with country project unit team from WHH & other agencies to lead on specific technical areas

To Build Relationships with Partners and Key Stakeholders (40%):

Develop, nurture, and manage relationships with the project target LHPs in agreement with the project framework.
Coordinate effectively with WHH, Target LHPs, government, and other actors to ensure the successful implementation of activities of the project and to build a strong network.
Work closely with Government authorities (i.e., PDMA, other line departments) to enhance the participation of NGOs in disaster management structures in his/her respective areas
Facilitate relationships with partners and key /potential actors in public/private sectors who focus on humanitarian response & preparedness work
Provide support to WHH in establishing a Mentor and Peer support network.

To Promote Program knowledge and learning (20%):

Ensure learning is documented so that all project stakeholders can access resources
Manage knowledge and experience coming out of this project ensuring that lessons learned will be documented and incorporating into future planning.
Uses project management systems effectively to produce management information and support decision making at project level.
Following up the country humanitarian situation and update the senior management on regular basis

Design M&E system and accountability framework and ensure its implementation.
Assist project coordinator while compiling standard reports.
Develop M&E formats for the project.
Monitor implementation of project activities on time and standard basis.
Support the program development team in setting up the M&E and accountability indicators for output/outcomes/impact levels in project design.
Ensure the project staff are following the methodology of program implementation agreed upon and achieving the indicators set under the parameters set by humanitarian standards.
Work with the program team to ensure proper implementation of the projects on the agreed methodology and ensure that targets are achieved matching with indicators.
Ensure that complaint mechanism is in place and properly implemented at all levels.
Collaborate with HR to monitor and improve staff attitudes, behaviors and competencies to ensure adherence to SHIFA standards and commitments.
Manage field data collection processes and assist the program staff to backstop the project’s field operations.
Collaborate with government agencies partner’s donors and sub recipients in implementation of projects.
Contribute technical guidance for implementation of M&E plan via on-site support and training.
Create and supervise implementation of Capacity Development Plan.
Developed Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) tools and processes for donor funded grants.
Monitored and trained 800 M&E staff and members of partner organizations.
Supplied Terms of Reference (TOR) for baseline mid-term and end-line surveys.
Reviewed existing data source quality and collection methods and coordinate with partners to address gaps.
Prepared project reports including lessons learned and best practice documentation.
Overseeing the creation and implementation of organization policies, goals strategies, partnerships and programs.
Working with core team to develop strategies, business plans and financial estimates for the organization's growth.

•       Explore ways to improve the efficiency of education and quality in the school
•       Make necessary decisions to hire and fire teachers and support staff
•       Ensure school policies and regulations are followed at all times
•       Maintain a supportive and healthy learning environment
•       Set a good example for children for positive development
•       Evaluate instructors and other staff members to ensure that the standardized curriculum is adhered to, and identify areas of improvement.
•       Discipline students according to school policy and enforce campus rules, such as the dress code and attendance policy.
•       Collaborate with teachers, parents and students to provide the best education for each student and assist them in their academic and professional goals.
•       Participate in hiring, training and other employment activities for instructors and secondary staff members to create a dynamite team.
•       Provide guidance and counseling services to students on their academic or vocational goals and offer assistance with behavioral modification programs.
•       Lead professional development programs for staff and encourage instructors to attend regional conferences to maintain the best academic programs.
•       Establish curriculum guidelines in collaboration with other administrators and instructors in the school district, and ensure that guidelines are adhered to.
Oversee budgeting and grant proposals, and determine budget allocations for items such as supplies, materials, staff and equipment.
