Project Management (40%)

Planning, implementation, and monitoring of ‘Toward Greater Effectiveness and timeliness in Humanitarian Emergency Response’ project activities.
Provide active support ongoing partner’s self-assessment process and rolling out of Capacity Strengthening plans.
Facilitate the development of a humanitarian capacity and competency framework in CDF

Coordinate effectively with WHH, Target LHPs, government, and other actors to ensure the successful implementation of activities of the project and to build a strong network.
Work closely with Government authorities (i.e., PDMA, other line departments) to enhance the participation of NGOs in disaster management structures in his/her respective areas
Facilitate relationships with partners and key /potential actors in public/private sectors who focus on humanitarian response & preparedness work
Provide support to WHH in establishing a Mentor and Peer support network.

To Promote Program knowledge and learning (20%):

Ensure learning is documented so that all project stakeholders can access resources
Manage knowledge and experience coming out of this project ensuring that lessons learned will be documented and incorporating into future planning.
Uses project management systems effectively to produce management information and support decision making at project level.
Following up the country humanitarian situation and update the senior management on regular basis
