Having around 9 years of sound experience in Human Resource Management with specialization in Recruitment and Selection; Training & Development; Performance Management and Improvement and Development of HR Functions and Policies.
Responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle of the hospital. The process includes understanding the requisition, advertising jobs, sourcing and screening, interviewing shortlisted applicants and on-boarding the finalized candidate.
Responsible to manage day to day operations, provide leadership and give directions to all subordinates.
Periodically review different policies related to Talent Acquisition and suggesting / implementing improvements through refinement of existing policies & processes.
Consult with line managers & Head of Departments to ensure their needs are met in timely and provide HR guidance specifically related to fulfilling their talent requirements.
Preparing HR&D departmental budgets and plans for short and long term goals.
Preparing reports and presentations for various management and board meetings.
Focal person in conceptualization, designing, planning & execution for various automation projects in HRIS and HOD portal on various levels.
Participation in campus drives of various universities.
Coordinating for sourcing of staff with Shifa subsidiaries i.e. Shifa Nursing College and Shifa Tameer-e-Millat University for training and admissions of students in Nursing and Technical courses for internal as well as external students.
Part of team responsible to ensure compliance of Staff Qualification & Education (SQE) chapter of Joint Commission International (JCI) standard.
