Planning Engineer
•Updating activities progress related to discipline in Level-2, 3 & 4 plan in close co-ordination with Discipline I/C,
•Preparation of Site Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports in accordance with the requirements of PMC and Client
•Development of Baseline Program, Quantity take off from Tender Drawings/BOQs, division of work into zone and sequence.
•Creating WBS, EPS, OBS, Key dates and Milestones,
•Creating resource dictionary and activity codes.
• Assigning activities to WBS, Codes, Quantity and Resources to activities.
•Creating Manpower histograms, direct materials, direct consumable, and equipment based on specifications from drawings and look ahead plans
•Preparation of S-Curve, Weekly KPIs, and Progress Dashboards and program analysis of Critical path
•Generate 4-Weeks and 8-Weeks look-ahead programs in consultation with Construction Manager
•Preparation of program for buildings and infrastructure road work, Dry and Wet utilities i.e Potable Water, Irrigation water, Sewerage and Storm Water Line, Sub-Surface; and LV/MV Power Cable, Street Light and ITS
•Use of AutoCAD to update the progress and layouts
•Keep track of the NOCs of authorities and local authorities like RTA, ADM, ADSC
Regular site visits as per the instructions of Planning and Construction Manager
