As Learning & Development Consultant I have been able to support the business expansion through the design, development & implementation of added value L&D processes. Fortunately I have had the freedom to really use my expertise to make a mark upon the business and help strengthen the employer brand. My current role has
encompassed coaching line managers in: soft skills, communication, cultural orientations, leadership, coaching, training among other management skills in order to cascade organizational improvement. As Learning & Development Consultant, I have successfully been able to utilize the organizations own L&D toolbox to create a new induction process, training material, performance indicators and evaluation structure to help the organizations L&D program to support the employee journey. In addition to my Learning and Development consultant role I have also worked alongside the wider HR team in order to improve the employee journey with a best in class Learning and Development programs.

Identifying training and development needs for an organization through job
analysis, and regular consultation with business managers and human resources
