•Responsibilities
•To Ensur The Data Collection From HH/Individual Village on The Daily Basis As per
Design Tools.
•To ensure all the interview planned for a day on the basis Gather information ,record
correctly information from survey Submit complete forms to the supervisor to discuss
the daily progress Ensure informed consent and respect confidentiality of information
received Male Enumerator will have the additional responsibility to facilitate the female
enumerator when they have need their help during interview and field
movement/deployment

.Monitring for many times in (LQAS)Lot Quality Assurance Sampling Rounds.
•The consultant is responsible for the following
•Work with team to ensure program indicators meet the needs of the programs decision makers
•Train staff responsible for data collection and analysis at the different levels (central,
regional and district) on the LQAS methodology.
•Assist with review and analysis of LQAS surveys and report writing Deliverables.
•An adapted training manual available on LQAS methodology
•Tools for conducting a LQAS survey.
•The report of an initial LQAS survey.

.Saaf Suthro Sindh Programe Baseline Data Collection
•Worked at a (Wash) Water Sanitation & Hygien Village Level /School Level
Responsibilities.
•Coordinate with the supervisor on how to carry out the survey and to report daily
basis.
•Check that material necessary to carry out the survey is sufficient and appropriate.
•Introduce yourself, explaining who you are and for who you are working in a manner
that facilitates the participation of individuals in the survey. Ask questions in a clear and
kind manner, and ask all the questions exactly as worded. Probe to clarify unclear
answers Write down the answer in an ordinate and clear way, recording responses
accurately Double check and revise the survey at the end of the survey in order to
correct mistakes and sign off on completed surveys as verification of the accuracy of the
survey.Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct for Enumerators.
