For the grooming of agents, conduct team meeting and sessions regarding their skills and expertise. Realize them where they are standing and where they should be.
Counseling Coaching sessions with team and some time on floor when agents are getting de motivate and feel uncomfortable due to their personal problems.
Give them proper feedback and highlight to management. Appraise them on their best performance and coach them on their bad performance to cover up the issue.
