Overall monitoring of Liability Sales Business of 40 branches of North-III Region.
Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly reporting of Liability Sales Business to Head of Department.
Monitoring a team of 70 SRMs, RMs, ROs and BDOs.
Recruitment of Sales Team for Deposit Mobilization (CASA), BANCA and Consumer products.
Responsible for the growth of Liability Sales Business of CASA and Consumer Products.
Overall responsible to generate revenue of branches and liability sales department of region.
Coordination with HR Department regarding hiring/ promotions and terminations issues.
Liaison with CPU Department (For Account Opening), Compliance, Admin, Operations and Service Quality.
Branch Visits on Daily/ Weekly and Monthly basis and meeting with Regional General Manager/ Area Managers and Branch Managers.
Overall monitoring of BDOs, RMs and SRMs of KPK Region.
To uphold branch profitability by consistent growth of low-cost deposit portfolio and managing the overall cost of fund.
To ensure cross sell of all products under the Samba Bank product umbrella.
To maintain and nurture a sales enabled environment for the entire team.
To maintain & increase deposit portfolio as per the allocated budget.
To ensure continuous acquisition of NTBs and building a strong foundation with NTB deposit.
To ensure deepening of overall existing and potential client.
To ensure that branch is adequately staffed and staff is well trained to handle all banking issues.
To liaise with all the related departments i.e. Branch Operations, Centralized Operations, Product Management.
Treasury and all other functions to ensure BAU & transactional effectiveness.
Responsible for ensuring effective performance appraisals for all staff.
Responsible for all administrative and HR issues concerning the floor.
To coach the team members on an ongoing basis. To control staff attrition and maintain staff capacitation as per the plan.
To act as a back-up for any other Branch Manager and any other task as assigned by Cluster or Regional Head.
To ensure effective problem resolution by ensuring that processes are understood & followed.
To ensure a clean portfolio with discrepancies resolved with TAT.
To ensure timely resolution of all AML alerts.To ensure adherence to all KYC and compliance policies & banking policies and regulations.
To uphold all measures in an effort to ensure Information Security of Samba’s Customer data.
To ensure taking all measures so that Operation Risk remains well unde control.
To ensure resolution of ARR observations on a timely basis.
To act as Brand Ambassador for Samba Bank for all customers and to ensure consistently high service delivery to all customers.To remain in constant touch with the customers & control the dormancy threshold of the relationship and to ensure resolution of customer’s complaint on priority. To refrain from over-committing & mis-selling to customer base
Overall monitoring of Liability Sales Business of 43 branches of North Region.
Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly reporting of Liability Sales Business to Head of Department.
Monitoring a team of 50 Personal Banking Officers including Team Leaders/ ASMs.
Recruitment of Sales Team for CASA, BANCA and Consumer products.
Responsible for the growth of Liability Sales Business of CASA and BANCA.
Overall responsible to generate revenue of branches and liability sales department of North region.
Coordination with HR Department regarding hiring/ promotions and terminations issues.
