National Expansion Plan of NICs, a project of PITB and MoITT, envisions to build the largest technology incubation hub through creating an integrated ecosystem of startups from all over Pakistan. The National Expansion Ran of NICs has launched incubation centers across six regions and in thirteen locations in partnership with public universities. Since inception, National Expansion Plan of NICs has received 4000 startup applications and incubated 130 startups. The objective of this initiative is to encourage innovation amongst youth by Incubating startups and to strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem
