MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Strategic planning
• Preparation of all technical documents including development of project proposal, local frame work analysis and program budgets.

• Implementation of project activities at field and district level by setting up district project offices and teams with rigorous interaction with all stakeholders
• Dissemination of progress updates and progress reports in stakeholder meetings

• Conducting rapid assessments, training need assessments, baseline surveys.
• Designing data entry systems and conducting data analysis for many studies and surveys
• Participating in variety of research studies and evaluation reports

• Receiving information, collating and analyzing for performance evaluation and decision making on policy and operations matters.
• Prepare monthly Quarterly statistical financial and Narrative reports.
