Monitoring & Evaluation and Research Officer
• To supervise regular data collection through implementing partners and ensure quality of the data by random verifications and validations
• To record, manage and preserve monitoring and evaluation data in a safe and accessible way
• To analyze and discuss findings based on regular monitoring data
• Provide technical support on M&E and evidence-based recommendations to the relevant Project Manager and Partners.
• Support partners in conducting baseline surveys.
• Participate actively in program planning process and budgeting of the program quality and fundraising unit
• Support team in developing the annual and six monthly organizational reports.
• Support team in dealing with any other tasks as may be required
• Coordinate with Implementing Partners (IPs) for collecting data against agreed indicators
• Provide feedback to partners and program teams on projects’ performance based on monitoring data findings

MIS / Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
Routine Data Collection Monthly of each health facility including all indicators , collects DHIS reports from public health facilities. Analysis of monthly collected data with indicators and progress ,Provides narrative, qualitative and quantitative monitoring information/data to support monthly, quarterly and annual reports to update Country and Regional Office on project progress. Establishing the needs of users and monitoring user access and security. Monitoring performance and managing parameters to provide fast responses to front-end users ,mapping out the conceptual design for a planned database;To Develop the overall framework of the monitoring and evaluation activities, Monitoring strategy and impact indicator for the project success ,Documentation progress towards achieving the project output & lesson learnt. Recommend further improvement of the logical frame work , Report monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual progress on all project activities. Preparation of monthly MIS reports ,Developing advocacy and awareness raising ,IEC materials, Training manuals. Preparation of reports on the findings case studies and lessons learned from project innovations ,Prepare Issues Log and Risk Log for the project.
