To participate in review and planning workshops/trainings and provide feedback to the program on the quality of methodologies established to collect monitoring data from the field and develop comprehensive planning for the upcoming rounds. • Execute trainings in accordance with the designed criteria and session plan. • Supported by the Zonal Manager, responsible for the preparation of the materials and equipment for the training event. Ensure that the required materials are available at the venue on time, including photocopied handouts, participant’s kits, enumerators lists, and mobile phones. • Review of training contents before the start of the training session, and provide feedback to the training section. • Ensure the quality of training in terms of preparation, delivery, and effectiveness. • Remain in coordination with the focal person of the university responsible for providing list of students who will perform field activities and monitor them in the field. • Deal with the focal person who provides the logistical aspect of the training, the training venue, to ensure the arrangements at least one day before training. • To ensure pre-field preparation for the monitoring activities, including realistic field plans, availability of essential material, logistics arrangements, working devices, and formation of zonal coordination groups for timely dissemination of the instructions and information. • To oversee and execute the field activities as per shared consolidated fieldwork plans through close coordination and comprehensive support, including technical, administrative, and budgeting assistance. • To ensure timely provision of team deliverables, including data, cluster pictures, feedback, and true assessments against decided indicators. • To ensure no violation is made by the field teams against the designated field implementation protocols and other related policies of the program. • Timely resolve and log the field issues with proposed solutions as per protocols on a daily basis. Moreover, provide active feedback and follow-up to field teams against external and internal monitoring reports through necessary coordination. • Undertake regular visits to the fields to support implementation of monitoring, check the quality of data produced, and to identify where adaptations might be needed. • To ensure submission of DDM Cards after taking signatures of all staff/students for wages

MICS Punjab 2023 - 2024 provided a unique opportunity to the decision makers in the province of Punjab to analytically examine social development status at district level. MICS, for the first time provided data on majority of the common social development indicators. Few of which were segregated as districts, big cites, other urban, rural and in most of the cases by gender & age as well. It was the first full scale household survey provincially designed and implemented by the Bureau of Statistics (BOS) Punjab. Findings of the survey were warmly welcomed by provincial development partners being a timely input for major development initiatives including MDGs and Poverty Reduction Strategy Paper (PRSP). This survey provided data for over 100 socio-economic indicators for the province as well as for all 34 districts and Lahore (including the six Towns and Cantonment). The field work involved 2,190 randomly selected survey sites spread over every part of the province, with interviews in 30,932 households. More than 700 people (Both male and female) from over 15 departments/ organizations with varied level of expertise contributed during different phases of the survey. MICS Punjab 2023-2024 has set an excellent example of accomplishment through coordinated efforts of several role players.
