Ensuring proper application of key quality assurance laws, other rules and regulations, delivering superior personalized service to the customers, ensuring their demands are satisfied and complaints decently handled. Responsible for making sure that the Bank Islamic Business Principles and Corporate Values are being followed. Maintain daily checklist of Branch Health, ATM health, dress code of staff, attendance of staff, branch timings, branch signage and ticker timings. Ensure that every customer takes the token through EQ system to make the procedure effective and efficient. Ensure that the CSO does not misuse the EQ system. Record customer complaints and route it to CRU for further resolution. Report every incident which could lead to customer dissatisfaction. Provide neutral feedback to CRU regarding any complaints related to Branch or arising from branch.
