- Manage budgets and stocks
- Do Cost controll actions
- Oversee day-to-day tasks
- Manage buffer lavel of stock and offer discounts on strucked items to avoid demmage or wear & tear losses.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed
- Set up key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Of course, store managers also need a healthy knowledge of their product marketplace as well.
- And, perhaps most importantly, handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints.
