· Collect, compile & analyze project data to monitor progress on monthly basis.
· Share the collected data with the Information Management officer at Provincial Nutrition Cell and District Health Officer.
· Plan, develop and undertake need based trainings on nutrition interventions and provide technical assistance to targeted healthcare providers in the targeted health facilities..
· Mobilize, coordinate and monitor nutrition activities of healthcare providers (LHVs) and Health Workers (LHWs/LHSs) and partner organizations implementing nutrition projects in the targeted areas.
· Undertake field visits on weekly basis and duly report to the District Health Officer and Deputy Director Nutrition, on findings and generate recommendations for the improvement in the nutrition program.
· Provide and submit weekly and monthly work plans and activities reports on regular basis, followed by a comprehensive report by end of the project.
· Responsible for the receiving and further distribution of the nutrition supplies to the health facilities in coordination with district health officer.

Plan, organize and manage all of the activities related to the Community mobilization, including serving as the contact Person to the Community and village leaders.
Community sensitization on the program objectives and methods to stimulate & eventually promote the understanding and participation of the target population. Community sensitization starts at village- and Community-leader levels and eventually extends to the entire population.
Elicit community involvement in case finding, referral, encouraging attendance and minimize defaulters. Follow-up issues related to low attendance rate and defaulters and the underlying problem and propose appropriate solution
