概要

• Realign, Develop and Implement HR processes and SOP’s to meet strategic & operational organizational needs.
• Align the compensation packages for the new hires with the Business and HR policy prepared different analysis in this regard.
• Assessed training needs and developed recommendations for new training programs to enhance the employees’ skills & abilities to achieve their job objectives and evaluated the effectiveness of training courses outcomes.
• Supervised the employment processing cycle including appointments, confirmations, promotions, transfers, separations and final settlement.
• Assist HR Head in the development of policies, process and procedure improvements in order to ensure satisfaction at all business and HR levels and providing consultative services to company's employees regarding HR policies
• Looked after all Human Capital Management processes including Reward Management, Compensation & Benefit, and Employment Processing.
• HRP overall needs, including JD’s, recruitment channel management, screening and finalizing job applicants based on best ‘organization’ and ‘individual’ fit within budget and time constraints.
• Responsible for Recruitment & Selection process and represented HR in job-related interviews at initial level Developed Internship & MT Program including preparing all recruitment drive presentations, conducting Management Trainee recruitment drive, planned & prepared sessions for group discussion and screening of candidates for the program.
• Responsible for conducting staff Annual Appraisal process. Designed and effectively delivered an Annual Appraisal Form focusing mainly on the objectives and performance of individuals.
• Dealing with other benefits to the staff including a medical facility, group insurance and provident fund.
• Involved in yearly manpower planning and HR Budgeting.
• Arranging / renewing services contracts between the Company and various services contractors.
