Manage all Operational activities in the absence of the Incharge. Monitor Daily physical stock, thru-put and operational gain/loss. Manage bulk receipt through pipe line. Reconcile Physical stocks with SAP & ERP (FIS) on daily/monthly basis. Report all the transactions daily, weekly & monthly stock report to concerns authorities. Coordinate with sale & Logistics team in regards of orders (HSD & PMG). To ensure the all our operations performance and ensure to be performed safely. Compile all data entries & generate reports on SAP. Generate invoice through SAP system according to Orders. Maintain Housekeeping & HSSE Standards during Operations. Ensure Quality Testing before receipts & dispatches of stocks. Check the daily, weekly, monthly, and other reports and statements for stocks, sales, collections, expenses and other activities and ensure the submission to the required authority.
