Format development for data collection of various kinds and ensure its dissemination and training to Punjab communication team.
Provide technical support to UNICEF Core team and CO Punjab on as and when required basis.

Maintaining specific dashboard (HR, EOC, IDMIS) of communication teams ensuring data consistency related to various other indicators pertaining to KPI of COMNet team as per NEAP.
Maintain and regular update of COMNet data at EOC level and ensure data shared and uploaded by district and UC level staff.
Collection of communication data from 36 districts / 3572 UCs for onward submission at provincial level after data cleaning.
Maintain data of Refusals reasons, desegregation of 36 districts / 3572 UCs Punjab and its transformation and synchronization for better planning.
Maintain data of social profiling, influencers mapping, and challenge mapping collected by the COMNet staff for further analysis as and when required and convert it into presentation/graphical projection for analysis.
Ensure timely submission of periodic reports including 30 HH cluster survey / detail epidemiological investigation form for urgent AFP and polio cases by coordinating with partner staff WHO.
Analyze data of dashboard indicators with UC wise feedback to the UCO and SMs.
Maintain close liaison with DPCR data operator for two-way data flow.
To work as focal person for DSC correspondence and follow-up with field staff.
Collection of data for campaign planning from UC level for onward submission.
Maintain the data of social characteristics of polio cases of the respective district.
Spot check missed children logbook and child registration logbook of the assigned district.
Guide and training to Districts, field COMNet staff on reporting tools and assist in data based modules.
Sharing status sheets of pendency, correctness, and completeness of data every data set at defined cut-off dates.
Assist EOC team/Punjab team in troubleshooting, installation and configuration of updated data based templates
