Coordinating with PMC Team & site engineering team for site requirement, design and drafting drawings to produce high quality construction activity and maintaining the record for all drawing changes.
Providing site inputs to the engineering and design team for FEED.
Estimation, quantification and preparation of material requisitions to the procurement team with the coordination of engineering team, site manager and construction manager.
Liaising with project engineering and procurement team for engineering deliverables verification as per client approval, tracking procurement activity.
Investigate problems, Task Risk assessments and derive resolutions for improving the Safety culture within the team and on Site.
Site Supervision and close monitoring of the E&I construction activities as Plant Earthing, Lighting and support installation, Cable pulling and Instruments Calibration.
Monitoring the daily activities and ensuring the issuance of PTW for the Site activities with coordination through PMC.
Review and Preparation of the As-Built drawings as per the Site condition by coordination with PMC Team.
Achievements:
Pre-Shutdown Activities: Timely completion of the relocation all instrument and electrical devices for the 1st Shutdown of the project Tie-in.
Monitoring and liaising with the vendor for the installation of the Cathodic Protection System as the part of Project early works.

Strengthened and cultivated professional working relations with engineering, planning, design, QHSE, project, and site engineering teams to develop solutions and methodologies based on the learned responses and project design standards. Accomplished various functions included review of commissioning procedures, E&I engineering drawings, vendor drawings and manuals. Delivered complex projects on time and budget; identified key issues and risks through the project cycle; led orientation, resource allocation, goal setting, cross training, development needs, and defect review process.
KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Actively liaised with project managers to identify unsafe operations and practices for the multiphase projects and meet client specifications and industrial standards.
Formulated logic and control drawings, P&IDs, bill of materials, electrical schematics, and cable schedules to select sub-contractors; devised process improvements policies to maximize production for control cabinets.
Offered advice to production team members in introducing production methods, testing and verifying equipment and sequence modifications, and performing engineering analysis, which reduced downtime and outage.

Aluminium Bahrain (ALBA)
Organized panels of ALBA Potline 6 project and installed Allen Bradley PLCs and CISCO Nexus equipments to administer project cost within 80% of project cost.
ADNOC Onshore (ADCO)
Successfully exchanged old system with new DCS, PLC, F&G and automatic oil Sampling System at JEBEL DHANNA and completed project for IFAT within time.
ADNOC offshore (ADMA)
Shoulder the responsibility for directing NASR full field development Project EPC works for package 1 Pigging LCP & Interlock System and devised strategies to save $30,000 for project cost.
ADNOC offshore (ADMA)
Led BU HASSER field development project production scheme FGS Modification and retained standard quality procedures for engineering deliverables for IO stations

Served as a change steward of the company as a Team Leader and designed project management strategies and action plans to assure timely project execution, which improved capabilities and performance of department. Interchanged and modified system of older control systems with PLCs, Pneumatic, and Electro-pneumatic Control Systems & HMIs. Designed policies to identify and troubleshoot Marine and Navigational Systems issues on PN ships and submarines.
Acted as a Quality Management Audit Team Lead for ISO 9001:2008 standard and devised quality policies with top management to fill gaps in quality inspection of electronic components.
KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
• Applied diagnostic and measuring devices as PINPOINT II, X-JTAG, JTAG Master, ABI System8, and Fault Finder5 to diagnose and rectify reverse engineering and fault of complex multi-layered PCBs.
• Resolved critical issues of complex industrial automation Systems on PN Vessels in tight time schedule and commenced mass production within record time and saved significant amount of foreign exchange.
