• Mikrotik router CCR1036-12G-4S installation and configuration, implementation of VPN, bandwidth tree implementation.
• Desktop Support for WAN servers and services, 500 Mb Link bandwidth optimal utilization testing and support, 150 Mb backup testing and support.
• Infrastructure and desktop support for all desktop servers including Cu online, digital library server, repository server, student facilitation server, VPN server, admin apps server, DNS servers, bandwidth management server, Wi-Fi hotspots, blade servers and alert servers.
