•Verification of all BOQs.
• Audit of All Contractual Documents and Contractor Bills.
•Inspection / verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
• Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations
• Liaising with contractors and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors
• Pre-Audit & Managing budgets and project resources
• Making sure the project complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety
• Verification of contractor's running & final bills as per contract condition.
• Physical measurement of quantities and tracking the productivity.
• Prepare BOQ as per design and drawings (Roads, factories, warehouse, frame structure buildings etc.)
• Submitted and making quotations and tender as per actual condition of site.
• Reconciliation of free issue materials.
• Maintain the vendor records.
• Estimation of quantities as per drawing.
• Rate analysis of extra items.
• Establishing of benchmark, Preparing Road Cross Sections.
• Preparation of weekly and monthly progress report.
• Preparation and verification of VOs.
• Preparation of Interim Payment Certificate (IPC).
• Preparation of Escalation Payment Certificate (EPC).
• Preparation of Cost Estimation & Material Estimation,
Developing standard drawings, Bill of Quantities and detail material list for project.
• Checking and ensuring the Quality of work as per design.
• Ensuring the availability of material on site and requesting in proper way to the concern department when there is some shortage.
• Reporting to the project manager about the progress and shortcomings with remarks.
• Preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports.
• Preparation of Bar Bending Schedules, Shop Drawings, Cross Sections.
• Checking of all kinds of sub contractor’s bill.
• Preparation of Variation Orders.
• Rate analysis of Non-BOQ / Non Schedule Items.
• Bidding Work.
