  • Well my name is Ahsan ul haq. I have been in the  Uch Power Station at Dera Murad Jamali (Excel Global Services). There I was working for a maintenance company on the capacity of Office coordinator.My role was challenging as I was assigned to directly deal with the main client of specified Station, towards day to day tasks and Sops, on multiple fronts I performed numerous tasks simultaneously including Administrator of the company, E.mail Respondent, Payroll of labourers, Health safety procedures Compliance, Quotations, PR, meetings, Budgeting, Telephone Handling, Handling Customers Grievances,Meeting Minutes and lot more. This was the site, which invoked a new spirit in me towards cosmopolitan learning, lasting experiences and lessons I learnt from there.I had thirst in sales. So, joined the FMCG sector,(Pepsi),where I learnt all the  basic parameters of Sales process, including KPI,s compliance, Market share,  New brand launch, Slow SKU,s coverage plan, Target Vs achievement. Promotions, Marketing Strategies, including ATL, BTL and TTL. Effective Coverage, TLS, LPPC, Drop Size of a product, GTM strategy according to demographics and geography of a town, TMR, RADS, VTM, OSDP, RTB, Brand Equity, NPD, TA,POG,POSM, POP, COMBO, CON CALL, FEED BACK, FOCUS GROUP, Sales Automation, Distribution Management, Distributor Appointment,  Distributor Evaluation according to company plan. Credit Recovery. Territory Expansion.  ROI calculation, Schemes calculations, GMROI calculations, PJP, Beat Vs route, AC Nielson parameters role in FMCG business, Sale Calls, Growth Strategy etc. After spending considerable time in this sector, I was promoted as Territory Sales Officer.My key job was to achieve the assigned territories secondary targets both in volume and KPIs through effectively managing the retailers, distributors and distributors field forces.
