• Manage Mondelēz business through relationship marketing in the General Trade & Wholesale.
Achievement of monthly revenue target of Territory through KPI’s.
• Achievement of territory target by SKU Wise & Brand Wise of Confectionery and Tang on monthly Basis.
• Increase Coverage/ Productivity and Visibility for MDLZ Brands.
• Train and Develop Distributor Sales Force for achievement of Company’s Objective.
• Ensure that distributor's maintain their infrastructure i.e. warehousing & office facilities, vans & salesmen etc. etc. as per business requirement.
• Monitor productivity of OB/Salesmen and active/in-active outlets on daily/ monthly basis and make corrective actions to ensure desired productivity.
• Manage Trade Marketing activities and events.
• Responsible of Primary and Secondary sales of depot as per defined AOP by Management.
• Execution of sales and marketing plans through distribution sales force.
• Ensure proper implementation of company SOP as warehousing, stock norms, market hygiene, Quality of Logistics, Proper monitoring of company TO & CP.
• Daily market visit related to new customer induction, boost up of existing customers, resolve customer complains, monitoring distributor services, find sales gaps, follow-ups of sales team.
• Maintain different channels like GT, LMT’s and Large retails in aspects of numeric and weighted outlets.
• Prepare daily market intelligence report and forward to management for fine-tuning.
• Improving SKU’s presence and visibility through effective promotional and merchandising approach.
• Analyze the credit given in the market by the distributor and recommend where necessary.
Territory Analysis from each aspect to make the distributor’s operational activities more profitable.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual unit, revenue targets established for the territory by the company.
• Daily visit to assigned territory for build relations with customers, resolve their problems.
• Manage distribution of products to the sales centers in a timely and cost-effective manner ensuring demand and supply comparison.
• Manage logistic resources around 20 vehicles also their monthly claims and other issues.
• Regularly monitoring inventory levels at the warehouses and ensuring necessary actions are taken promptly for optimization.
• Manage sales team consist of 30 members (training and development, motivation, target achievements etc.).
• Proper daily reporting to head office of daily sales operation.
• Other responsibilities and projects as directed by managemen
• Coordinate with salesman to delivery of orders as per PJP
• Handle salesman queries regarding sale, sales return, bottle injection, quality and leakage complain and dealer's miscellaneous issue on daily basis.
• Attend daily briefing by TSM and weekly basis with ASM.
• Make sure the order fulfillment of every outlets of their territory.
• Leave the office by 11am for field work.
• Working for new A/C and bottle injection on existing A/C daily basis then report to T.S.M.
• Use their marketing intelligence skills to observe competitor activities and report to T.S.M urgently.
• Responsible for close their supply van as per company`s rules and procedure.
• Mention next day order on load sheet.
