As a Senior Program Officer, I lead UN-funded health
and gender-based violence (GBV) programs focused on
Integrated Primary Health Care and Gender-Based
Violence Services for Afghan refugees and host
communities in Balochistan. My responsibilities include:
Program Leadership & Management
•Lead UN-funded programs as the core representative
of the parent organization in Balochistan.
•Develop, manage, and evaluate projects on Sexual &
Reproductive Health (SRH), Maternal, Newborn &
Child Health (MNCH), GBV, and Mental Health &
Psychosocial Support (MHPSS).
•Provide technical supervision, including analysis of
reports and participation in key meetings on SRH,
MNCH, and gender equality.
•Develop and write healthcare project proposals to
expand program impact and sustainability.
Capacity Building & Advocacy
•Certified Master Trainer in the Minimum Initial
Service Package (MISP) for SRH in Crises, delivering
capacity-building sessions for UNFPA-funded

Facilitate training and orientations for project staff
on SRH, GBV, MISP, and Psychological First Aid (PFA)
