Job Description
As a Time Study Officer at Servis Global Footwear Limited, you will play a crucial role in optimizing production processes and improving overall efficiency. Your primary responsibility is to conduct time and motion studies to analyze and measure the time it takes for workers to complete specific tasks. By identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies, you will contribute to streamlining operations and enhancing productivity.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Time Studies: Utilize time study techniques, such as stopwatch time study and work sampling, to observe and record the time taken to complete various production tasks.
Analyze Data: Analyze collected data to identify areas for improvement, such as excessive idle time, inefficient work methods, or inadequate equipment.
Develop Standard Times: Establish standard times for different tasks based on the analysis of time study data, considering factors like worker skill levels and equipment capabilities.
Optimize Work Methods: Propose and implement improvements to work methods, layouts, and workflows to eliminate waste and increase efficiency.
Train and Educate: Train workers on improved work methods and the importance of adhering to standard times to maintain optimal productivity.
Monitor Performance: Continuously monitor worker performance against established standards and identify any deviations or opportunities for further optimization.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with production supervisors, engineers, and other departments to ensure smooth implementation of time study recommendations.
Maintain Documentation: Document all time study procedures, data, and findings for future reference and analysis.
