To assure quantity of raw material by supplier and check type of material as per documents/delivery challans/gate pass. o Looking smooth operation of dispatch. o To communicate the seniors about the incoming materials, And send these material to specific departments i.e. Engineering Store, Warehouse and Packing Material Store after processing their documents. o To write down the details of incoming raw materials on register. o To make inwards of Raw Materials for freight / record purposes on SAP System based company’s data base. o To verify the out gate pass and returnable gate pass with security staff. o Ability to sustain pressure and handle any critical situation under the guidance of seniors.
