Responsible for scheduling and managing a workforce of over 550 PSV drivers across 18 stations, ensuring efficient operations and optimal workforce utilization.
Analyze route requirements to assign drivers based on their training, experience, and compatibility with various bus models.
Bus driver transfers between stations to meet operational demands and maintain seamless service delivery.
Organize and conduct targeted training sessions to improve their fuel management skills and overall performance.
On route fleet monitoring of 380+ buses and 550+ PSV drivers via digital equipment.(with help of my team).
Observing beat wise accident/incidents ratio and making strategy to overcome it.
Inquiry of Highway & Motorway Challans.
