Currently reporting to the CEO, I am leading a team of network engineers and Oracle Developer and responsible for monitoring the work efficiency of the team members serving over 9 geographically disbursed locations of Pirani group. I also coordinate with the procurement department for purchasing of resources, and the users / Managers of all the departments for service strategy design, development, implementation, evaluation and after that for continual improvement.
Manage the 3 web based oracle ERPs to be accessed at all locations of Pirani group as well as anywhere in the world. Backups of these ERPs on daily basis, and keep backups on remote locations, manage DatGaurds of these ERP in consultation with DBA. Also manage online transaction directly in database by handheld Motorola devices using windows CE.
Planning and management of day to day IT Operations for more than 240 workstations and 14+ servers, including, budgeting, forecasting, and professional development of technical staff.
