I have a working experience of more than 06+ years in Recruitment and HR Operations.
Currently i am working in Lucky Cement Limited (Karachi Plant) as an Assistant Manager HR.
Before that I have been associated with Cinepax (Cinema Industry) as Assistant Manager HR (Recruitment & HR Operations) on March 2015 till Dec 2016. Previously i was working with Habib Oil Mills (Pvt.) Ltd. (FMCG) from June 2013 till March 2015 as Group Assistant Manager HR. Before that i have been associated with Herbion International (Pvt.) Ltd. (Pharmaceuticals) as Officer HR.
My core competencies which includes arrange interviews of the candidates, conduct initial level interview, provide support in recruitment and manage database, orientation of new induction, introductory email, issuance of offer, appointment, confirmation, extension and other related letters, reference checks, manage employee data base and personal files, full and final settlements of separated employees.
As a HR Professional i can contribute and will become a good resource for the organization.

Recruitment & HR Operations
Arrange and conduct interview of the candidates. After finalization; Generate Hiring Approval, send email for final approval to HO, check References and issue Offer Letter. After joining; Generate employee code and issue appointment letter. Monitor Performance during probation and issue confirmation letter. Employee database management (SAP S/4 Hana & ERP system) & (Personal files, Access & Excel database management of Company Contract Employees, Trainee Engineers and Internees). Update JD of employee with the coordination with HOD. Maintain and update vacant positions. Coordination with HO for Contractual hiring.
