With over 17 years of professional experience, I have worked for several reputable international organizations, and within the United Nations system.
After completing my master's degree in computer science in 2005, I began my career as a team leader in assessment and distribution for Caritas International in an earthquake emergency response programme.
Later in 2010, I earned a master's in business administration in HR. As a part of my professional growth objectives, I also accomplished a Master's in International Relations in 2015.
In 2006, I started working as a Logistics IT officer for Caritas Switzerland as part of the earthquake restoration phase in KPK, Pakistan and successfully finished building 50 earthquake-resistant schools.
I started working as a Business Unit Manager for EFU LIFE Assurance Pvt Ltd., the biggest life insurance company in Pakistan, in 2009.
Later in 2010, I started working with Qatar Charity on a flood relief programme in south Punjab, and I went on to successfully executed projects for the WFP's food for work, the FAO's agricultural aid for flood-affected regions, and UNICEF's WASH programme.
I started working for World Vision International in July 2011 as an administration and procurement officer. World Vision International was implementing a five-year integrated programme in the district Abbottabad. I completed several projects with funding from the Australian Aid, European Union, and Canadian governments.

I began working with UNOPS as a Project Management Support Associate in May 2018. 1260 primary and middle schools in seven southern districts of KPK, Pakistan, were successfully solarized as part of the Solar Schools project. I also supported the food operations in Afghanistan while working with the UN World Food Program in 2022. For one and a half years, I have been working as a project assistant at the International Centre for Migration Policy Development. I am providing ample assistance to the Integrated Border Management Projects, funded by the European Union. I have expertise working both in project and operational management, and I always approach my work with enthusiasm, commitment, and complete confidence to handle all the challenges.

➢ Provide support to the overall aspects of project operations related to finance, human resources, security, IT among others;
➢ In consultation with the Project Manager, provide support on all matters relating to financial management and administration in compliance with established procedures, SOPs and the UNOPS Financial Regulations and Rules (FRR);

➢ Receive, review and process recruitment requests, certification of payments and other forms of requisitions from the project office, project team or through designated recipients
➢ Raise requisitions for procurement and facilitate requests for issuance of contracts and/or amendments on documents;
➢ Commit funds through purchase orders (PO) in one UNOPS financial system in accordance with SOPs; & SFD
➢ Prepare updated financial reports in compliance with reporting requirements to donors, or as specified in the agreement (i.e. Project Delivery Reports; Financial Monitoring Reports, Financial analysis on a monthly and quarterly basis, progress Reports, etc);
➢ Prepare budget, budget revisions, engagement in ERP-OU in consultation with the Project Manager and Finance Section;
➢ Provide input for the narrative progress reports and other reporting requirements as requested by the Project Manager;
➢ Prepare the project’s operational and financial completion requirements – e.g. financial and narrative completion reports, settlement of any pending contractual and financial obligations/commitments, full receipt of donor/client contributions, assets disposition, personnel separation, among others;
➢ In consultation with finance, coordinate with Bank for processing and tracking routine transactions;
➢ Support the effective delivery and implementation of procurement services in coordination with the Project Manager and the Procurement and ensure that the administration of logistics and assets management are in compliance with established rules and regulations;
