Join group as Recovery Officer & presently working as Associate Manager Risk & Recovery and my Responsibilities are:
 Executing the procedures related to following up the Add agencies and Clients outstanding payments on time in coordination with sales & accounts department according to our Risk & Recovery Department policies and procedures.
 Conducting analytical studies related to studying the defaulted payments that the account division was unable to solve in terms of strong and weak points, chances for development and risks.
 Co-ordination and working for both print and electronic media.
 Preparation and provision of necessary documents for reconciliation purposes.  Co-ordination between accounts, marketing, record and recovery department.  Preparing reports on procedures taken to solve the defaulted and conducting studies to identify the options and alternatives to solve disputes and forward reports in that regard to our Risk & Recovery Head.
 Suggesting necessary measures to avoid risk or disputes.
 Dealing with advertising agencies keeping up to date record and correspondence with, on issues arising on daily basis.
 Handling official correspondence and maintaining daily MIS
 Maintaining all necessary records on official MIS pattern.
 Maintaining daily , monthly , according to clearance period , half yearly and yearly MIS report
 Formulating and forwarding cases to risk or recovery department.
 Dealing with government ministries and press information department.
 Working according to rules as prescribed by APNS & PBA.
 Field visits to ensure well in time recoveries or either to settle -down disputes.  Scrutinizing properly all new clients to avoid risk of default.
 Other special duties as assigned.
