Assisting the Sales Manager in his day to day activities.
Prepare Quotations and offers.
Preparation of import orders, Calculate volumes and cost.
Forecasting and comparison (working with prices/Costs Margin/Mark-up and discounts).
Computer Data entry preparing import items technical or logistic claims (if any).
Ensuring timely invoicing/collection to and from clients and keeping track of imports.
Preparation of Pre qualification form, for registration as approved supplier with various customers.
Verify provided document data accuracy. I.e. Order acknowledgements, purchase orders etc.
Maintain records through filling, retrieval, retention, storage, compilation, coding updating and purging.
Preparing vouchers. (Receivable, Payable other Debit/Credit vouchers).
Prepare reconcile Invoices.
Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement.
Maintain petty cash and order sufficient office supplies.
Monitor and respond e-mails of the company.
