To evaluate and review of credit proposals (SME and Commercials) which have been originates from branches in region.
To Assist branch in completions of documents and credit deficiency for smooth flow of credit proposals.
Co-ordination with Credit Administration Department on behalf of branches for timely and smooth of post approval documentations and subsequent disbursements.
To ensure timely recovery of markup and renewal of booked finances.
Preparation of MIS for enhanced credit control and monitoring.
Portfolio in terms of growth, quality, profit and loss, NPLS and collection paradigm enforcement.
Acquire new to bank relationships for MBL into own portfolio
• Manage total assets based portfolio (Commercial & SME) of Hub
• Proactively manage risk to ensure an appropriate balance between risk and return is achieved in the book.
• Align all business development opportunity with identified target sectors in line with the Area Lending Guidelines.
• Write credit proposal, ensure quality of data, write up and submission of credit proposal two months prior to renewal/expiry of credit.
• Coordinate credit process by working closely with, Head Office, PDSC and CAD.
• Ensure no serious or overdue exceptions in the accounts managed.
• Act with the highest standards of integrity at all times, demonstrating an ethical approach to doing business.
