A seasoned District Field Coordinator with extensive experience in program coordination, legal aid, and community mobilization within various NGOs and international organizations. 1. Develop monthly work plan and share with Program Manager and execute activities accordingly.
2. Coordinate with WGFS staff to ensure smooth implementation of program activities.
3. Arrange visits of GBV CNCP members and Paralegals at WGFS to provide support to the women and girls accessing services.

6. Conduct GBV services mapping exercise by engaging WGFSs staff and identify different stakeholders and service providers and develop a directory of districts
7. Liaise with District Administration, Social Welfare Department, Women Development Department, Special Sexual Offences Investigation Units, Police, Prosecutors, Food and Shelter, Safety and Security services etc to ensure effective referral of GBV cases to appropriate services.

Major Responsibilities:
· Monitoring of field activates are conducted periodically and report on timely basis in order to keep the project outputs on target. Each child Enrolled by Britch Council Volunteer will be monitored in the same quarter for enrolment while retention will be monitored on periodic basis to ensure that enrolled children stay in school and learn while there.
· To bridge the time lapse between Enrolment and Monitoring Activates to ensure harmonious progress of the project and minimize conflict in data reporting.
· Provide technical assistance to British Council partner Organization staff on the use of ILM information System. It includes basic use, uploading of data using various forms, exporting and downloading previously uploaded data and using some administrative controls given on each handle.
· Provide assistance and support on troubleshooting errors on the system
· Provide in-field assistance and support on programmatic aspects including implementation methodology and pre-defined process within the framework of the the project.
· Compile the data regarding present the status of schools infrastructure, staffing and basic facilities for Score Card report.
· Collect the information regarding initiatives of Muhallah committees for the policy brief on governance reforms advocacy.
