Hired as The World Bank's Consultant working on a Project (TDP-ERP):
1. Review project need assessment; determined project objectives and devised comprehensive project plans for addressing all stakeholder needs.
2. Provide project-centric consultancy to NADRA-Project Management Office (PMO) in establishing 15 One Stop Shop sites in FATA.
3. Coordination with project stakeholders in eliminating operational issues on sites.

5. Determine best training approach for accomplishing program objectives and incorporate training techniques e.g. nation-wide workshops.
