My expertise is to prepare, plan, design, and implement training events and training programmes. Furthermore, as a lead trainer, provided training to the COMNET staff (Punjab KP) on Interpersonal Communication Skills (IPC), Behaviour Change Communication (BCC), Effective Communication Skills, vaccine management, tally sheet analysis and ME tools, etc.
I am responsible for the followng activities
1. Coordination, Collaboration and Partnership: support the government for smooth functioning of RCCE /SBC and cross sectorial coordination forums and strengthen it by identifying, developing, and maintaining partnership and collaboration with relevant institutions.
2. Designing evidence based RCCE/SBC interventions: culturally appropriate communication messages and material giving special attention to children and vulnerable groups living in most deprived communities in priority districts.
3. Support to implementation of RCCE/SBC activities: provide oversight and technical guidance to planning, use of multiple communication channels and development of partnerships with CSOs, other external partners and engagement of population concerned.
4. Capacity strengthening of the government and nongovernment partners, networks, and communities: by adapting, developing, and pretesting training material/guideless and tools. Capacity building plan and activities are conducted to empower government and non-government partners, networks, and communities.
5. Reporting, Monitoring and Evaluation: liaison with CSOs, Government and UN Agencies to collect, collate and report data, contribute to RCCE and SBC reports, conduct monitoring visits and document lesson learned. This includes monitoring information from social mobilizers, spokespersons, and audiences to detect new behaviors and rumors. It also includes reviewing /adjusting key messages and activities to respond to needs identified through regular monitoring of information from social mobilizers, community members and other partners as well as reinforcing positive behaviors that are being adopted. A period input for RCCE and SBC reports is provided in quality manner.
6. Innovation, knowledge management: implement innovative practices, approaches, and latest context appropriate technology for RCCE and SBC, institutionalize and share best practices.

·Coordination with COMNet PTC and Provincial C4D officer for identifying the training events in collaboration for CO training team.
Conducting quarterly TNA in assigned area
Planning, organizing and conducting training events (induction., refresher, need based, targeted) in consultation with relevant actors within PEOPLE/ COMNet.
Ensuring preparation of communication relevant training sessions and training material.
Assessment of participants during training, and feedback to the relevant Training Team regarding amendments in the training material.

I worked as consultant/master trainer for IRM (Institute of Rural Management) for UNICEF funded project to train the different tiers of COMNet staff (DHCSO’S, UCCO’S & SM’S) in KPK and Punjab. I trained staff in KPK using Pashto Language in main cities and trained Waziritan people on these subjects.

Responsibilities:
The purpose of this assignment is to provide technical leadership on the conceptualization, development, and implementation of Vitamin A supplementation Strategy for high-risk groups of Punjab who has more chances of vitamin A deficiency. Develop and support partnerships through formal and informal arrangements like the district polio control rooms and engagement with community influencers to provide operational and technical support to Vitamin A supplementation Strategy devised for high-risk groups, mobilizing union council networks (COMnet) that promote Vitamin A supplementation polio and routine immunization at the community level.
· Planned, organized and conducted training workshop for front line workers of intervention areas and DHMT facilitators.
· Developed a close contact with all stakeholders of VAS activity such as DHMT (District health management team), EPI (Expanded program of immunization) and WHO/UNICEF officials.
