Assisting CFO and CEO in budgetary process and variance analysis for actual v/s budget.

Review of SAP B1 data for Migration to Odoo ERP System.
Coordination with consultant for implementation of Odoo ERP System.
Ensure the compliance of payments approval processes.
Review of customer refund claims and ensuring compliance with refund policies
Processing Group monthly Payroll in Odoo Payroll module.
Provide training sessions of Odoo Accounting module to junior accounts staff.
All other day-to-day accounting operations and financial activities as required.
Supervisor Reporting & Cost Control
Review classification, documentation and ensure timely recording of transactions in SAP B1 System.
Authorization of accounts payable and accounts receivables in SAP.
Verification and processing of Group payroll.
Liaison with Financial Controller for review and restructure of chart of account, improving financial procedures and ensure adequate compliance with best practices.
Reviewing and posting of Journal entries intra company financial transactions, cut-off transactions for monthly, quarterly and annual closing.
Supervision of monthly vendor and Contractor accounts reconciliations.
Provide assistance to Financial Controller in finalization of financial statements and other reports on monthly/quarterly and annual basis for senior management.
All other day-to-day accounting operations and financial activities as required.
