Maintenance, logic modification, troubleshooting, configuration of the Process control system SIEMENS PCS7 V7.0 & PCS7 V8.1,WinCC Human Machine Interface HMI, Simatic Manager Version 5.4 Step 7/ 400,300and 200 PLCs.

Monitors distributed control systems performance and maintain, modify and tune of hardware, operating systems or network systems to improve system efficiency and performance and ensure maximum availability of systems.
Troubleshoots and takes corrective action for DCS failures/breakdowns in order to minimize production downtime.
Responsible for Rotary Kiln Shell Scanner provided by RIYATEK Germany.
