Assistant Manager Warehouse operation

Responsibilities:

Received orders and unloaded packages from the truck and stored them properly in the warehouse.
Maintained a clean work environment, and kept tools and equipment used for unloading and loading goods in their assigned places.
Responsibility for quality control of products and goods stored in the warehouse and made sure that they were not damaged.
Maintained accurate records of the materials received and transported out of the warehouse submitted records to the senior manager.
Documented and managed the inventory control system in the computer placed in the warehouse using scanners and bar code readers.
Conducted routines checks on arriving shipments against their bills of lading and invoices.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for managing the loading of vehicles, completed stock and load bay areas.
• Planning and scheduling the delivery of goods and cargoes.
• Identifying & delivering operational cost reduction and cost avoidance initiatives.
• Making sure that project deadlines are met.
• Responsible for a team of over 100 staff that includes drivers, DSR, Loader and warehouse operatives.
• Completing and filing compliance documentation for import, export and supply chain security.
• Ensuring that all set targets are achieved.
• Managing supplier delivery performance and maintain supplier contracts.
• Negotiating pricing with local carriers.
• Development of the logistics supply base.
• Supporting other departments within the company.
• Identifying key transport cost drivers.
• Managing import and export via external distribution teams.
• Managing all supply chain activities.
• Taking into account capacity and planning ahead accordingly
• Developing robust processes & policies.
• Managing all Bulk water staff attendance.

 Customer support
 To make sure clint goods movement.
 Checkout to warehouse maintain etc.

 Purchasing goods for construction work
 Dealing with interior work vendors.
 Makin payment shudle with labours.
 Satisfied to the client for its construction etc
