• Review of Complex Structures, Mandatory EDDs (PEPs), Adverse Media Coverage
• Taking SBP approvals on Complex Unwrapping structures
• Dealing with Internal & External (SBP, KPMG, Deloitte & Ferguson) Auditors
• Conduct Sales Governance Meetings of Central & North on Weekly Basis
• Take regular follow-ups with Business to timely close Business Monitoring Items
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis of Operational Losses and Update Repository System (Phoenix)
• Key Risk Indicators Identification and Escalation
• Smooth Implementation of New AML/CDD or other Policies in Segment
• All day to day assignments and exercises assigned by Group
• Assist to BORM to maintain Risk Culture
• Liaison with eCDD team and Business to support in day to day issues
• Follow-up and closure of all Internal / External Audit findings
• Support OR Managers in performance of CSTs (RCSAs)
• AML & CDD related Projects of SME Banking
