o KAP baseline survey
o Conduct Qualitative and Quantitative research Interviews
o Work on Alternative Dispute resolution, Women Access to justice and Driver of Stability
o Responsible for data collection using a variety of research methods and tools
o Introducing research projects to community members and other respondents
o Ensuring informed consent is given by research respondents
o Collecting quantitative and/or qualitative data using a variety of tools including: structured questionnaires; interview guides; informal conversations and focus group discussions
o Take detailed notes from interviews and focus group discussions or complete questionnaire forms accurately and with necessary detail
o Keep field-notes where needed
o Type up full transcripts from interviews and focus group discussions
o Contribute to the analyses of data through team discussions
o Participate in training sessions; RIU team meetings and larger PSP meetings
o Ensure research quality and rigor
o Contribute to knowledge management. Plan and implement activities that capture and distribute critical knowledge in a documented form (soft/hard copy) from initiatives across your project area.
