·       Commissioning and Erection of Door Foaming Machine.   
·       Erection and Commissioning of CLF Injection Molding.
·       Ensuring overall maintenance, shift performance and activities related to manufacturing plant.
·       Maintaining a database for monitoring the inventory, equipment breakdown time, Energy consumption and Maintenance cost using Sap (EAM) Maintenance Module. 
• Execute Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities to achieve greater OEE and plant performance.

·       Observer and execute timely maintenance of all Electrical and Electronic control equipment’s such as plc,dcs ,motors , transformers , Drives , control panels etc.to ensure least shutdown time. 
·       Responsible for Electrical &Electronic Maintenance of all type of Machine.
·       ON Handle Experience and Expertise of Troubleshoot and Preventive maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for different maintenance activities in plan.
·       Modified PLC (S7 series) whenever necessary.
·       Installation and Calibrations of different field Instrument on schedule’s date.
·       Design and Implement the small Kaizen which improve efficiency of Plant.
·       I also repair many types Electrical or Electronic cards and field Instrument etc.
