I have over five years of professional experience encompassing equity research and transaction advisory domain.
I am currently associated with Bridge Factor as a Financial Analyst in advisory area wherein my main task involves constructing financial models for different infra-projects predominantly under Public Private Partnership (PPP) mode. I am also involved in corporate finance projects requiring equity stake and debt financing.
Previously, I worked for 4 years as a sell-side equity analyst in Pakistan’s equity market. As a research analyst, I developed strong reporting and financial modeling skills by working extensively on various sectors and respective companies. I covered major companies in automobile, fertilizer and chemical sector, focusing on valuation and stock performance.
With respect to my qualification, I have done Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Karachi School of Business Leadership (KSBL) and Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from National University Of Sciences & Technology (NUST). To further enhance my academic knowledge I am pursuing CFA program and have passed Level 1 exam. I also find it pertinent to mention that during my MBA I participated in Global CFA Research Challenge wherein I was part of the team which represented Pakistan in the regional challenge in Thailand.

It was a six weeks internship program in which I was assigned to train in Investment Banking department. During this period I actively learned and participated in some basics elements of banking transactions those pertaining to syndicated loan facility arrangement for various projects. With that, I completed an exercise on financial modeling and gave a presentation on SBP prudential regulations and SECP regulations for commercial paper.
