Responsibilities:
·         Identify vulnerable draught effected people from community through focal group discussion.
·         Conducted BBCM and formation and support to community mobilize team in formation of VDMCs, UDMCsand SDRFs in 150 targeted villages 20 union council and 6 talka based.
·         Organize capacity building trainings, with (VDMCs) , (UCDMCs) & SDRFs at Taluka.
·         Conducted Risk and Resource mapping and developed DRR plans for targeted villages and UCs.
·         Organize coordination meeting between DDMA and (UCDMCs).
·         Developed village, UC &Taluka based mitigation plan in soft.
·         Implement all proposed activities according to DIP.
·         Identified Community outreach workers at selected villages (COWs).
·         Identified Schools for organize WASH Clubs in Schools.
·         Established Children’s health clubs and WASH committees.
·         Support to team for conducting Hygiene session with men, women and WASH clubs and arranged programs Quiz competition with the school and out of school children.
·         Provide hand pumps and solar pump on the need based assessment.
·         Prepare IEC material for WASH sessions on community level on below themes
·         To demonstrate the use of WASH specific items which lead to special knowledge for operation and maintenance, especially when using chemical i.e.water purification tablets, water treatment equipment’s.
·         To conducted two days trainings with participatory approach in promoting good water, sanitation and hygiene practices in targeted WASH club members on following topics.

·         Identification of CLEW from the community and link with Agriculture University and Livestock department to organize their training, posteriorfollow up of their engagement in village-based livestock activities.
·         Celebrate and facilitatedifferent Hygiene promotion related events on Community level such as world water day, world toilet day and Hand wash day.
·         Prepared all activities cumulative reports & success storiesof all project activities.
·         Develop weekly & monthly plan and progress reports according to DIP.
