Policy and practice for HBWs rights in Sindh and Punjab/ Influencing Home Based Workers Policy for Women, OXFAM GB, Apr 2016to Present
Create and deliver progress reports to donors to fulfill the particular project’s requirements. Exercise hands-on approach for program/monitoring evaluation, capacity building and reporting at the end of each quarter. Deliver training to high-performing staff members & community heads/leaders by creating training content and evaluating performance to achieve the organization’s goals.
• Effectively execute periodic reporting of each project in the respective area office under the M&E framework and track progress against output and outcome level indicators for each project.
• Design baseline assessments, data collection methods, special/case studies, and surveys the following objectives.
Adopting and implementation of home base worker policies & legislation in Sindh & Punjab UN-Women, Mar 2014 to Jan 2016
Prepared quarterly and annual narrative reports to UN Women, revised work plan and budget requisition at the end of their respective terms. Acted as the Sindh and Punjab focal person for programme interventions to develop and examine, research, and supervise regulatory policy environment related to all areas on home base workers. Generated study material for pressure building and advocacy on home base workers' policies.
• Liaised with donors, networking partners and created project plans to ensure women economic empowerment.
• Designed and executed HBWs policies and legislation for the 12 districts in Punjab and 5 districts in Sindh.
• Built synergies with elected representatives at national, provincial and local levels in the designated district to execute provincial and national policy for home base workers.
• Identified programme strengths and proactive policy recommendations and formulated proposals to improve the social and economic impact of the interventions of HNP.

Delivered strategic direction and guidelines to the management in identifying and resolving issues through the Constituency Relation Group (CRG) at the community and district level. Built, trained and spearheaded a team of constituency coordinators in achieving outcome level of the program in the designated constituencies. Oversaw several tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines under pressure in a team environment. Liaised with Log frame to supervise all field level activities and execute work plans while achieving outcome at the network. Examined district level program staff to assure timely completion of governance monitoring. Led programme development and strategic program manager’s quarterly review and planning meeting with field staff. Helped team member’s in examining and supporting stress management, including team meetings for planning and reporting purposes.
• Developed and implemented the project by managing governance monitoring, practical implementation of the right to information and community mobilization for advocacy initiatives.
• Designed and executed a free & fair election network while participating in election observation process,
• Played an integral role as a focal person for managing BEFARe-FAFEN projects/activities and developing working relations with elected representatives at national, provincial, & local levels in designated constituencies.
• Delivered administrative and technical supervision to the team to assure the quality of work in accordance with the BEFARe-FAFEN monitoring framework and submit activity reports to BEFARe-FAFEN Secretariat and The Asia Foundation-TAF.
• Led all field activities, including research, CNIC registration, voter education, voter registration, voter list audits, surveys, meetings, advocacy initiatives, and press briefings in accordance with the work plan and project objectives.

Designed and implemented weekly & monthly plans and steered community meetings and focused group discussions on voter education. Hold the credit for getting programme activity approval from the district administration and stakeholders to ensure community and area profiling of effected area of the district.
• Supervised and completed BEFARe-FAFEN vote education projects and activities under the umbrella of FAFEN-TDEA by auditing voter lists in accordance with the Election commission of Pakistan rules and policies.
• Selected field coordinator and voter mobilize to actively participate in civic education, political awareness, voter and electoral process supervision and financial reporting.

• Developed field activity plan and developed field team to ensure the quality of research work and field reporting while using the global positioning system.
• Conducted enumerators training and refresher on daily field intervention and resolved consultant queries.
Key Projects in District Attock and Islamabad
• The research study of the World Bank Washington DC, on the National Rural Support program-NRSP in Pakistan, loan and training intervention funded by the Pakistan poverty elevation fund –PPAF loan # 3834-Pak.
• Local development and collective action; a randomized evaluation national rural support program- NRSP funded by Pakistan Poverty alleviation fund-PPAF.
• Impact evaluation of the children resource international-CRI program in Islamabad. The evaluation research study was conducted by the Lahore University of Management sciences-LUMS in collaboration with the Research consultant.
• The research study of the World Bank Washington DC, on the National Rural Support program-NRSP in Pakistan, follow-up on loan and training intervention funded by the Pakistan poverty elevation fund –PPAF.

• Functioned in close collaboration with the World Bank Economist and Consultant Group to create documentation of all research activates at the district level.
• Conducted surveys to find out household education, child ability and learning hurdles, children’s health/education history and education expenditures.
