概要

I am a professional attorney at law who not only practices his profession but rather feels that it is his drive and passion in life. My diverse experience has led me to develop unique insights on both legal and managerial matters entrusted to my care. In my years as an attorney practicing law in the lower courts and the Lahore High Court I have come to gather valuable hands on experience on civil, criminal and especially corporate and banking matters. My tenure as law officer at PIEDMC has given me great insight into how the bureaucratic and law enforcement machinery of our great country functions along with knowledge about the process of land acquisition and all ancillary matters thereto.

My duties as an Attorney at Law have also made me tread waters of the “NAB and Anti-Corruption Establishment” kind as a defense attorney with great success. I have also extensively defended clients in regard to labor disputes and grievances petitions brought forth to the Labor Courts.

My duties as law officer entrusted unto my care the negotiation and representation of my company’s interests in arbitration presided over by the Honorable Secretary Industries Punjab and the MD Punjab Small Industries Corporation. Rather than reducing my youthful professional experience to a myopic domain of specialization, I have instead opted to be well versed and well informed regarding most legal matters thus giving me an undeniable edge over my peers.

I am an honest and at most times a very straight forward man. I do not believe in red tape as it hampers progress and efficiency of routine procedures being applied in a professional and time constrained environments. I am able at handling pressure and time sensitive situations. I am cool headed under fire and think on my feet.

My hobbies and interests include reading history, and assembling model aircraft.
