I have been trained as trainer and development professional. Over the last ten years I have been associated with national and international organisations under different capacities.I am pasho speaking . Currently, I am consultant and trainer.

My area of expertise are training need analysis ,module development ,team building ,event managment, team building, career counseling, Interpersonal Communication skills, Training of Trainers, Telley sheet analysis,Gender and gender base voilence, monitoring and evaluation tools and so on. I am a working member of Institute of Rural Management (IRM) Resource Pool. Pakistan.). I have also been the consultant to different UNICEF capacity building projects.

I have done a soft skill training as a consultant with PCSW on a project of Eco-Socio women well being , work as a trainer with Punjab police safe city project (PPIC3) and Additionally, I have done the consultation with Gain International Alliance of Improved nutrition expertise on event management on enormous burning health issues Like Vitamin E campaigns in Pakistan with TheMicronutrient Initiative which were being highlighted by the print media.
