• Prepare and arrange data as required by management and regulator.
• Co-ordinate with Banks for statements & profit rate negotiation.
• Supervise bank reconciliation of all bank accounts (Investments, Collections, and Payments etc.).
• Supervise payments of withholding tax and semi-annual return submission u/s 165 of IT Ordinance.
• Supervise Bank/Cash Position.
• Weekly payment of withholding tax & monthly return submission under section 165.
• Provide Tax Deduction Certificates.
• Process all claim payments after proper scrutiny.
• Prepare bank reconciliations of collection accounts
• Audit of Account Opening Forms in accordance with Circular 12 of 2009 (CDD & KYC) and compiling observations in excel.
• Assisted Deputy Managers and Company Secretary in correspondence with SECP
• Any other task as assigned by Deputy Managers and Company Secretary.
