·         Ensure the construction activities carried out in accordance with client rules regulations, standards and the Consolidated Permit to Work System in the areas.
·         Monitoring and witnessing of third party (MIA) mechanical integrity assessment testing of tank activities carried out regarding NDE (Non Destructive Examination) as per API-653/650, ASME Sec-V and client project specifications (SOW).
·         Review the integrity inspection and testing reports of tanks regarding NDE/API as per project specifications (SOW).
·         Ensure the implementation of all approved drawings as per project specifications at designated place.
·         Familiar with submission of QCIP, WPS, PQR, Project Dossier and procedures to client for review and approval.
·         Ensure that all work is performed as per project quality requirements within the guidelines of industry best practices.
·         Ensure that all inspections & tests are carried out as per approved QCIP/ ITP, and Procedures (e.g. marking , cutting , rolling, fit up & after welding).
·         Preparing welding procedure specification (WPS) & procedure qualification record (PQR).
·         Conducting (welder qualification test) WQT at site as per procedure and client/project specifications.
·         Preparing and reviewing test packs, project quality dossier and submittal  for the said documents to the client at the end of completion of jobs/tasks.
·         Taking ownership of success or failure of the individual project and resort to corrective measures to avoid recurrence in future.
·         Clearing comments and punch listing provided by third party or client.
·         Ensuring that Health and Safety policy statement is effectively applied within my area of responsibility.
·         To prepare method statement for general and specified activity with the coordination of HSE to ensure that all activities to be carried out safely maintaining positive safety culture.
·         Ensure that the QHSE requirements are strictly followed at site.
·         Performing Gas test for LEL, H2S, Oxygen and Co for confined space entry, conducting tool box talk before cleaning tank activity inside/confined space/oil storage tank.
·         Assure that emergency response and rescue plan in place to deal with emergencies during tank cleaning activity.
·         Ensure the safe work procedures that may include, permit requirements, personal protective equipment, sludge and residue removal / cleaning from inside of the tank.
