Jul-2021 to Till Present Executive (Raw Material Store)
I was appointed in Feb-14 as a Senior Officer Store.
Feb-2014 to Jun-2021  Senior Officer (Raw Material Store)                                       
Responsibilities:
·         Managing Store over all Operation Material Receiving and Issuing to Production.
·         Stock move from others Warehouses and third party Cold Storage warehouse.
·         Issue materials to departments against requisitions and Ensure on time fulfilment of all Material to production.
·         Maintain records of receipts and the issuance of all materials Prepare Purchase Requisition, GRN, and Material Posting to Production System Basis.
·         Check the re-order level report as per procedure
·         Oversee receiving, stocking, and distribution on timely basis;
·         Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
·         Conduct physical stock taking and verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, investigate discrepancies and take appropriate required actions accordingly.
·         Ensure that stock items are marked properly using identification tags, stickers, or other labelling equipment.
·         Facilitate auditors during Inventory Audit.
·         Liaison with accounts Dept., Production, Quality Dept. and proper documentation.
