I am a well-presented, self-motivated and confident. field officer with experience of 9 years. I have worked with international NGOs, Possessing the ability to communicate complex and sensitive information about Community Mobilization activities, Liaison with stakeholders at community level and Coordination for psycho social support programme,community based Health development programme activities, prepare monthly /quarterly work plan for field activities . I am also responsible to ensure the Implementation of work plan . I also provide technical support to community motivator in organizing and conducting all types of trainings .I also participated in base line survey,Quarterly monitoring,,Annual monitoring,Mid term review,End line survey and finalEvaluation of different programmes. Prepare and share regular progress reports and other project reports.
